Hi, I'm Mike.
I'm a support engineer in Denver who likes the problems that sit between "this is a ticket" and "this is a systems architecture question."
I work in digital aviation, supporting the crew scheduling and flight operations software that airlines run on. My job is getting to the bottom of tricky problems and writing them up so clearly that nobody has to dig through them again.
My path here went New Jersey → North Carolina → Colorado. I’m a dual US and UK citizen. When I’m not working you’ll probably find me following the cricket 🏏, gaming, or out on the occasional hike.
